Swordsman Dex Type Guide!

Dex Swordsman - Known for it's Super fast Skills and cool looking finishers 0_0
they are also good lurer/tankers due to their high def. They are somewhat the balanced version of a
Pow type and an Int type .. Dex type Swordsman posses them both but slightly weaker ^^

Dexterity - Vitality Build
The most suggested and common build of a Dex type Swordsman. High Defense, High HP and Cool Looking Skills what's not to love??. This is build is also considered as one of the best authenticator builds in CW and can withstand any kind of punishment without worrying about his HP.

Pros:
- High HP
- Great Defense!
- Cool Skill animations
- Great in canceling Skills
- Fast Cooldown of Skills
- Great in Boss hunting

Cons:
- Low Damage
- Most likely to use more MP and SP pots

Stats:
Pump Dex up to (+350) then proceed with Vit

Skills:
Master every skill that you get except Lightning Slash and Sword Explosion (to make room for Sunken Strike) then reset your skill at level 117 by using an Oblivion Potion A (EP Item) ... then follow this skill build...

Dexterity - Power Build
This build focuses in mastering Blood Thirst of the Pow type Skills. With Blood Thirst Dex type Swordsman can become very deadly and it is possible to kill in just 1 hit, but you'll sacrifice alot of Stat and Skill points for this build and you require to switch your Sword to a Blade to cast Blood Thirst which is such a hassle.

Pros:
- Great Damage!
- Great Defense!
- Cool Skill animations
- Great in canceling Skills
- Fast Cooldown of Skills

Cons:
- Low HP
- Most likely to use more HP/MP/SP pots
- Needs to Switch Swords with Blades just to cast Blood Thirst
- No Explosive Strike!

Stats:
It Requires 157 Pow to master Blood Thirst
try adding Dex up to (+270) then cheat your Pow with Alloy Rings then add Pow to 157.
After that you can proceed with Dex or you can go with Vit because by wearing an Enhanced Set with Jade Rings and when you are around 127 with your Dex added to (+270) your Dex will be around 350+ which is more than enough stat points to master Inferno Attack which only requires 347 Dex to master, so it is advisable to go for Vit.

My advice is to Reset when you are already at Level 127 and try to follow this build:

X-Strike - Level 3 (can be found at the Pow skills tab)
Kick Slash - Master (can be found at the Pow skills tab)

Sword Stab - Level 4
Multi Slash - Level 1
Sword Mastery - Master
Lightning Slash - Never mind this Skill
Sword Explosion - Never mind this Skill
Sunken Strike - Level 2
Explosive Strike - Never mind this Skill
Thunder Strike - Master
Inferno Attack - Master

Dexterity - Intelligence Build
Known to have the most highest Defense of all character classes and builds. They are also in demand in parties because of their tranquility skill, the only downfall of this build is that you have very low HP and require alot of Skill Points especially the ones going for Metal Body.

Pros:
- Very very high Defense!
- Great Lurer
- In demand in Parties
- Cool Skill animations
- Can absorb Great amounts of Punishment

Cons:
- Low HP
- Low Damage
- Lack Skill Points
- The only best Sword for you is the +7 Dragon Sword [7D]
- More likely to use more MP and SP pots
- Metal Body builds don't have Light Speed
- No Explosive Strike!

Stats:
There are 2 kinds of Dex-Int types

1. Metal Body Build - Focus first in making your Dex locked on 305 (not +300) to reach Inferno Attack at Level 1 then proceed in adding Int. Mastering Metal Body requires 308 Int so try to cheat your Int by wearing Silver Rings and add additional Int. After mastering Metal Body proceed in adding Dex again try to catch up with the Dex requirement of a Mastered Inferno Attack which requires 347 Dex.

2. Tranquility Build - Add Dex up to (+250) then proceed in adding Int. Mastering Tranquility requires 203 Int so just cheat your Int with Silver Rings and add additional Int to master Tranquility, after that start adding Dex again. The advantage of this build is that you can get Light Speed.

I Suggest that you must be at least level 110 (130 for Metal Body Builds) before going to Dex-Int so just reset your stats and follow this build:

Divine Shield - Master (can be found at the Int skills tab)
Tranquility - Master (can be found at the Int skills tab)

Metal Body - Master (can be found at the Int skills tab)
*Get this only when your going with the Metal Body Build

Light Speed - Master (can be found at the ETC skills tab)
*don't put any if your going with the Metal Body build
